♻️ This architectural masterpiece features 5,000 SQM of 36mm Insulated Glass Units (IGUs), designed to combine elegance, functionality, and sustainability.

???? For this project, we utilized 8mm Guardian SunGuard Super Neutral (SN) 40 T glass, supplied by Guardian Glass Middle East & Africa. This state-of-the-art glass delivers abundant natural light while ensuring energy efficiency and solar protection.

???? With a U-Value of 1.15 and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.22, it offers superior solar control performance, making it an ideal choice for modern, high-performance buildings.
